the managers there have no idea and the caring staff don't look after the residents very well even when yelling out to them. very bad staff culture and morale
My mum has been a resident since late April 2018. Started off well when managed by Berrington. However since being taken over by Bethanie the facility has deteriorated in the care of the residents, specifically in the MSU.
Easily one of the most beautiful aged care homes I have seen. Fantastic gardens and awesome balcony.
If your a business and require payment out of this company be prepared to wait. Trading Terms mean nothing to this company they really have put a bad taste in our mouth and made us very cautious about ever dealing with them again.
Amazing place! From the service as soon as you walk through the doors, the rooms & design of the facility and ultimately what matters most - the residents cared for, respected and supported in their aging years. P.s. dog friendly I love it!
