We visit a relative living at Berrinba Greens regularly and fully respect and admire the staff working there. Knowing that care, security and comfort for residents and visitors is very reassuring
I cannot speak more highly of the loving care I receive in my beautiful home at Berrinba Greens, I have been a resident here for 3 years now and previously a visitor to my husband here for the previous 4 years. We both now reside here very happily at Berrinba Greens. All the staff (who are like family) go out of their way to make sure all of us are comfortable and enjoying life as best we can. The food and the lifestyle activities are of the highest standard and the variety is exceptional. Over the years I have experienced Nursing Homes/Care Facilities where my Dad, Mum and others have resided and I can give you 100% guarantee that I have never witnessed loving, individual care as we have here. This is our home, our wonderful home and I am more than willing to share the praise I have for this place with anyone.
Berrinba Greens is so bright and cheerful from the moment you walk through the front doors, the effort that have gone into making Christmas magical for all their residents is really nice to see. The team are polite and always willing to help.
Opal staff are very loving and caring. Front desk staff are always so welcoming, care team are always there to help and the grounds are beautiful. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for care for their family member. Thank you Berrinba!
I had to give 1 star absolutely appalled with this place my poor mum lived here for just over 8 months continuesly complained about the food and she also had a number of falls here I had a least 4 meetings withe the team all there to look after mum they had the nerve to blame her for everything that happened to her theses people are paid to look after our loved ones she had on a Monday hit her head badly I asked the nurse to please call the ambulance I believed she should go to hospital they wouldn't call this fall lead to another 2falls they finally called the ambulance and was finally taken to hospital she had to have hip surgery and to day I find out she is not coming out of hospital I am devastated she is 86 I love my mum dearly she deserved to be treated with respect and to offered the right to medical treatment immediately instead of me having to cry and beg them to help her she didn't deserve that . TERRIBLE TREATMENT
