I can't begin to tell you how bad this place is and if you are thinking of putting a loved one there don't -the incompetence and negligence of the management is astonishing. Mum was left in bed all day at times Mum was neglected medicaly and rather then being attended was left to her own devices to suffer. Phones were not working for days and the centre was uncontactable. Staff were confused and did not know what was going on as they did not communicate with each other. And much more -and when mum passed on they didn't even have the decency to offer condolences or even flowers at her funeral I can only tell you this place is the pits and though it looks ok at first looks underneath it has a culture of incompetentance and negligence And don't bother contacting their head office either as there only purpose is to cover it all up

Visited twice over the weekend. Reception unattended both days. No security. Anyone can walk in off the street unchallenged. Rang bell at reception desk, no response. A bloke in the entry area needed help with getting his foot back on the footrest of his wheelchair. He'd wet himself and it was half dried already. Rang bell again after 5 minutes, took 3 minutes to get a response. Staff are professional and friendly in spite of not having time to scratch themselves since they are each doing the work of three people. Very poor. Will be providing feedback to the AACQA.

Thanks Angela and other staff there for you kind help. Jennifer was very pleased with your comforting help with her mother Patricia Johnson. We are looking forward to the time when we can see her again in perfect health and happiness when this earth is cleaned up and a Paradise
