I had worked at Gladswood Lodge for more than a year. All PCAs are very friendly and compassionate. Despite all difficulties during covid-19 pandemic, the Team of PCAs and Nurses have been working diligently to provide best possible resident-centred care.
Amazing site for the elderly. Caring and friendly staff.
This is the worst place ever. Five years of pain and anguish from the most deceitful, lying and uncaring people that you are likely to come across. There’s nothing good to say about this place. Stay away if you love your family member. After moving into a new facility we realised what a proper facility should be like.
The facility has very dedicated, friendly and hard working staff.
