Love that place it may be old and run down but it a real family
This is a day late, but yesterday (November 19th) was my 3rd anniversary here at Beaumont Aged Care at Kippa Ring, I love all the great people who look after me and all the other residents.
The reception area seemed nice but it’s all down hill from there. There is no way my mum would be happy here. Smelly. Cramped. Shared facilities. Old fashioned. Horrible.
Staff don't understand ethics or their responsibility to behave ethically extends to the wider community and not just patients in their care. Tried to notify them of serious breaches by a current member of their staff and was hung up on. Only conclusion to be reached is that Beaumont care is an unethical organisation, with staff more than willing to cover for other staff. Don't bother with complaints to these morally bankrupt people. Go straight to AHPRA.
I have only been a resident for about 6 months, but it has quickly become my home and I have nothing but praise for the staff who look after me and all the other residents. The staff really work hard and provide great care for everyone and there's a lot of additional services and activities on a daily basis. 👍
