Food wise very good
This facility seemed super nice with undoubtedly a beautiful location. The worst was when they told us there was an imminent room for our parents, and was '97% set' for a certain day, so we told our 95 & 98yr old parents who were thrilled, Hornsby hospital was thrilled, on standby.... only to get a call from a different department & told no, in fact the admin were wrong and there was no such space. Our parents were absolutely heartbroken, their distress was intense...a few days later my mum passed. If you're going to be in the aged care, people business... this isn't the place to rely on, that your relatives would be treated considerately.
