It is not DHL which are letting the ball drop with this, but Baptist Care. Initially I thought they had been good with the Covid outbreak but now I find out that the carers who originally have looked after our parents have not worked on site for weeks. NSW Health Dept workers, who don't know our family members are now 'caring' for them. The amount of messages we have received from Baptist care have been commendable but now I realise that they have been devoid of hard facts.
