Carey Gardens staff have been looking after my father for two years. They have been resilient, articulate, careful and affable. Aged care work requires people with guts.
When i first go n met staff was thinking how nice they are but when i go second tym then staff n director doesnot even understand n listen me... i i was answering their question then directr said u dont listen n i literlt start crying with her behaviour... they just think about theirself , person infront is nothing for them... she even threat me that i cant start my placements anywhere if i ll refuse to do my placements with them . i go direct for placement on tuesday n receptionist said dont start today wait for the other lady i have indiction with. I supposed to see her on monday n when i call she was no leave till wednesday n when i cal on wednesday lady said cal aftr 15 mint n when i cal aftr 15 mint n she said we r busy cal at 9.. i was on mu way to home n thought i go to facility n wait till 9. Then wt happen was not accetable.. i never give bad review but their behaviour was really not gud n make me cry...they should think about
