I wouldn't bother. Sent email enquiry for a tour and info, was sent reply saying Uzna Frooky will endeavor to contact me within 1 business day, it has been over a week and nothing. If this is the way they treat you from the start then not sure it is a place I would want to trust with the welfare of my elderly relative.
Best nursing home in Melbourne west undoubtedly..very nice and caring staff..
I cannot fault the care given to my mother. The staff are amazing. After my mothers diagnosis with Covid we have received daily updates. A big thank you to all the staff for the love & care they show to my mum.
Very dissapointed at their lack of duty of care for my loved one. Can not care for someone who has dementia and diabetes
I was extremely disappointed in the attitude and comments made by a leading staff member and co-worker, also the carelessness taken by a RN. I felt bullied and was upset to know that this was the level of respect and care given. It is a beautiful residents but the staff are a very big let down and so much so that I feel like I need to make a report.
