Very clean and well managed aged care
Mother in law is a resident and says that the staff are wonderful and food is excellent. Facilities are very good with lots to do for the residents.
The Receptionist I just want to mention, the receptionist has no people stills, very rude, when you come into building Need training in speaking with people. Need to pass this message to management.
So blessed place to be there. Kind and gentle staffs care for residents well. Good job!! All!!
I would like to thank all the great people at Wattle Grove Community Age Care starting with Nishant Desai, Staff, Nurses and the Carers who are all doing an absolute fantastic job in looking after our loved ones during these very challenging times. I know l probably annoy them at times, but they are only to accomodating to do whatever they can to make our time as best as they possibly can to still see our loved ones in the most safest possible manner (Face Time and/or Window Visit) and by providing constant updates on any changes that may occur. Just prior to writing this review l just spoke to my beautiful Mum on Face Time, although l would have loved to of been there in person, l was very happy to see that my Mum was happy and looking great. It is quite evident that my Mum is been looked after brilliantly. Would highly recommend Wattle Grove Community to anyone looking for Respite and/or Permanent Care.
