Very nice aged care facility with lovely, caring staff. Buildings in good repair, easy access, parking under the building.
My Beautiful Mum recently went into the memory centre into full time care at Sienna Grange .. Has been such a positive thing for our family and my mum since she has gone in ., She doesn’t stress out like she did before and the vibe of the place is great - like an area everyone shares with great smells always coming from the kitchen while the staff whip up a batch of scones with jam & cream for everyone , or whatever culinary delights they have cooking away that day ! It really has changed our families life knowing she is in the best of care - the staff and feel of the place is second to none.. Thankyou all! from the bottom of my heart ♥️
This place is exceptional! My mum came in to Sienna Grange last week in the Memory Support area. She arrived a bit giddy from the car trip and we went in and instantly there were staff helping and making sure she was ok - Pauline - was absolutely incredible!! Took charge and did everything she could to help mum recover and make her comfortable … And Sue on the front desk - so good. Since mum settled in every single staff member has been exceptional - from Ella, Prativa, Abbie, Suzanne, Kim, Maree, Sharey, Natasha and more! I can’t remember everyone’s names but they are all lovely. We feel sooo lucky to have mum being taken care of so well. The food is top-notch too. Highly recommend.
Google should add some stars for this place. Just set up my mum here. The help to get her settled, the staff and especially the facilities here second to none. Had a lovely dinner tonight with her here and sat with 3 other residents and had a great time with them. Food was excellent and also the wine! I have no worries now knowing she is in their care. Thanks and see you all soon. Phil
My mum, who has just turned 93, is at Sienna, my sister and I couldn't be more happier. The staff there are great.
