Aurrum Reservoir feels like home from the moment that you walk inside the door. The team are welcoming, kind and approachable whilst the food is exceptional with fine dining service provided.
Great home and staff are amazing! Residents here are well looked after. Food is high quality and tasty. Worth a look for respite or permanent care!
A dedicated and caring team who always went above and beyond in the care they provided for our grandmother. From the wonderful and efficient Care Managers, Lifestyle Managers, Front desk team and Nursing team who always attended to every request and with impeccable communication, patience and care. Their concern for their residents first has always been paramount during Covid as was their dignity and compassion during our grandmothers palliative care. We will always be grateful to Aurrum Reservoir, we could not have asked for more.
Belated review, I still remember the day the head nurse saying to me we cant have your dad doing that. Then they pumped him with sedatives and he was a model citizen. They'd sit him there in the couch and leave him to do nothing just the way they like it. Pretty marketing brochures and pretty words upfront. The rest behind the scenes just terrible experience.
Aurrum Reservoir has a great work and team environment. Residents are lovely. Lifestyle programs are excellent and flexible depending on residents’ care needs. Very homely environment

You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.
