I have been apart of the Arcare Sydenham Family for almost 2 years, the wonderful Management/Team always will welcome you with a warm hearted smile and a caring nature like no other. During the troublesome covid period all staff jumped into action and worked tirelessly to help prevent the spread throughout the facility and what an amazing job each and everyone of them did. Thank you to all staff for being such an outstanding team.

My father has dementia and requires high level care. When my mother passed away we were unable to care for our dad and began the search for a care facility where he would be safe, happy and treated with respect. When we walked through the doors at Arcare in Sydenham we knew right away that this was the place for dad. Dad has been living at Arcare now for over 18 months and has flourished. He is happy and well looked after. The lifestyle team actively engage dad in weekly activities which has been great for his well-being. We no longer have to worry because we know dad is happy and doing well. Communication from management has been great and questions are always answered. Thank you to the team at Arcare Sydenham.

My transition to Arcare Sydenham has been absolutely seemless. I think we all worry about what living in Aged Care will be however after living independently it is a pleasure to live within the Arcare Sydenham family. The management, lifestyle, dedicated / personal care workers, nurses, catering and miscellaneous workers have all been caring and supportive of my needs and welfare. Also with support, I have been able to continue my craft hobbies which gives me so much pleasure. I thank you all and is so appreciated.

My dad was in Arcare Sydenham dementia ward 3 years ago and was cared for extremely well by staff. Our concerns were always taken seriously and met by staff. This year Mum is a resident there although in a different area. The staff that attend to mums needs are amazing, very helpful and caring and always bring a smile to mums face. The Centre is very clean and welcoming. I've found all staff at Arcare from management, careers ,laundry ,café, & maintenance are friendly and have always assisted us promptly when needed. Thank you Arcare for taking care of my parents, I am truly grateful. Josie.

My father has been at the facility for about 2 years now, and my family are really happy with the choice that he made by coming to Arcare Sydenham. The staff that attend to my father are very friendly and I love it when I walk into the facility, as the staff at the front always make sure that myself and my family are always greeted with beautiful smiles and conversation checking in on how we all are.
