I have just started my job this week in arcare points Lonsdale... very amazing staff who deals with the residents politely and behave nicely.. they know how to deal with each resident. . They have all facilities, proper machines and supervisor for manual handling.. they use gloves and sanitary every time for the safety of residents and them Kind's regards Komalpreet

Hi, I believe that working with good people matters because then the work environment is good but this is opposite at Arcare Point Lonsdale where I worked for more then four months under unsuitable environment because some of the unresponsive nurses are mostly concerned about attending their own phone calls while giving handover in the nurse station which is not under the notice of management. The secret to happy workplaces isn’t spending more money. It’s about creating the conditions that allow employees to do their best work. The management is very unprofessional, full of partiality towards the clients here.. I had such an experience while working at Arcare, I started my job in August as a casual employee but with the passage of time I wasn't provided with an opportunity to work as a permanent whereas some other employees who commenced their work in later period were given full time employment. So, this is clear indication of partiality towards me. Nextly, the management at Arcare is full of inefficient behaviour that they twist the minor mistakes into the major one without any clue to the employee. The most embarrassing thing was that I was being easily targeted by Arcare for treating in an improper manner by splashing false statements towards me which I was totally unaware. Such a behaviour from staff and management made me so discomfortable that I went sick for couple of days and wasn't able to concentrate in my daily living. Moreover, I had sit 3 weeks at home waiting for response without any clue whats going on. After 3 weeks of non - rostering they gave me the notice to quit the job without any previous notice. Therefore, unprofessional response and treatment of Arcare made me very depressed and grievous.
