My mum came in for some respite care and we liked the home so much we made her a permanent resident until there was a vacancy became available nearer to our home in Craigiebun. My family would like to take this opportunity to say a special thank you to all the staff and specially Pamy and Debbie who was in charge of my mum Monita. Pamy was very professional, kind, caring, understanding and is doing a great job. Thank you also to Debbie who looked after my mum too. Debbie was great too. Please pass this on to Pamy, Debbie and all the staff that took care of my mum. Thank you Roshini Edwardes

We had our dad in respite for 3 weeks, during which time dads behaviours were extremely challenging for all. The support, help and patience we received from Manager Hersh and staff in the memory support unit was just amazing. Hersch gave up his time to help us transport dad back over to MMC, and was so supportive and a calming influence in what was a very stressful situation. The facility is lovely, modern, extremely clean and inviting. Thankyou Hersh and the Arcare Keysborough team 😊

This is a modern facility with large rooms that are well lit and fitted with spacious bathrooms. However, it is in the area of staff where Arcare Keysborough excels. My mother speaks highly of the care and attention she receives from the general and medical staff and this is no doubt due to the expectations set under the leadership of Adam as Manager and Linda in Administration. Adam shows a great willingness to listen and consult and is always looking to improve the services offered, especially with the menu. Mum finds him always easy to approach whenever she needs to raise a matter. I believe that there has been a period of sustained improvement in the quality of Mum's experiences since she first entered Arcare Keysborough and my thanks to the the leadership team for achieving this.

Haja was diagnosed with a progressive neurological condition and was advised to enter an agedcare facility. Having visited about 15 facilities around Melbourne, we decided that ArCare was our best option. I also decided that as we had no relatives in Australia and my health was not good either, that we both move in together into ArCare Keysborough. The bond is not cheap, but there are a number of options at our disposal to overcome this hurdle. We finally moved in, in mid April 2021. We are happy here with 5* care in every sense of the word. Food is of an excellent standard with the option of breakfast in bed, a lunch option of 3 main meals one of which is rice and curry. Dinner is 3 courses with a choice of 1 of 2 mains. All meals have an option of tea or coffee to finish off. The staff are very caring, commencing from the caregivers to the nurses and management staff. Many of our co- residents, who have been residents since almost the inception of ArCare Keysborough, state that the care and and food quality have improved by “200 percent” over the last two months. The rumour is that the new manager Adam has much to do with the improvements at the facility. As for us, we have made the best choice for us in aged care, with spacious clean rooms, good care and excellent often exotic cuisine. Haja & Fareeda Mohideen

Arcare is the best age care facility. My mum was cared for at the highest standard. Choices of hot meals, best services and no lost clothes. The staff were caring and friendly at all times and made my Mum feel special and a valued person. I would highly recommend Arcare to anyone. This facility is really 5 stars...
