Mum moved into Arcare Cheltenham a year ago - and she is having an absolute ball. She's loving life and making the most of all the wonderful opportunities she is offered there. As a family member I've been consistently impressed with the quality of care in all areas including medical (Mum has quite a few complex medical needs), communication with families, meals etc... etc... All the staff are lovely and have helped Mum make it her true home. She is treated with great respect as an individual. It's been amazing to see them support and encourage all her creative interests. The care and approach is definitely very holistic with a focus upon overall well-being and quality of life.It's wonderful for my family to see Mum thrive there in so many different ways. Greatest thanks to Arcare Cheltenham.

Hello I just wanted to thank all the staff at Arcare Cheltenham for all the care given to my father whilst he was there. To all the workers once again my gratitude, in particular to Mema, Ahmed and Nurse Upeka. Dear Dexter and staff, On behalf of our mum Felicia and her family we write to thank you and your team for ensuring our father Giuseppe is receiving all the appropriate care he needs. We know that all of you have experienced a most demanding 2020, but we can say with the utmost confidence that Arcare Cheltenham’s staff have handled themselves with the most professional standards of any care facility we know. The staff are always smiling ( even behind all that PPE) and never deny a request. You must take pride in walking into your workplace each day.
