My mother lives here, and she loves it there.
Lovely staff,cared for Dad so well in his final days. Well layed out and lots of parking. Good facilities for visitors as well. Doing a great job at stopping covid enter the facility.
Absolutely fabulous! From the front desk gorgeous girls to every other staff member! I am so pleased with all they do to care for our Mum. Well done to a terrific team, particularly in the dementia care. Love ya work 💗
The place looks quite fancy and it has a lot of functionality. I would say though that there have been issues of communication where emails were either not sent, sent the incorrect emails or to the wrong person. Potentially covid has interfered but activities are low and most residents spend time in front of the television or in their room. Staff are friendly but focus on getting tasks done and do not build on personal connections with residents.
My mum is in Anthem and she's happy there, i visit every second day. The staff are all amazing but they need more. The staff always greet me with a smile.
