Ian George Court is an aged care home with 40 beds, catering to disadvantaged frail elderly individuals who were homeless or at risk of homelessness. The facility includes common areas with views of gardens, hills, or the sea, and offers coffee/tea facilities for residents and visitors.

The home provides customized services for each resident, including therapy and nutritious meals. Programs available include smoking reduction and managed alcohol programs, as well as aid in integrating into the wider community.
