I have no complaints about the carers at Parry. They are completely lovely people. However, that place is now being run on a shoestring, with not enough staff, rundown facilities, and depressed residents. It has been a nightmare time for us all and especially for my poor mum. Not sure where the money the residents pay is going but it's sure not going back into Parry. Moved my mum to a less fancy place where the residents are much happier. Do not recommend!
