Alkira Gardens management and staff are dedicated to the service of residents and their loved ones. Communication with utmost care for my mother and other residents is outstanding particularly during the Covid lockdown. Physical, mental health care in a clean environment is impeccable. When you call the nursing home you are welcomed by the lovely Cathy. Manager Ying and Andie (DFM) are always a phone call away to help and assist with any questions or concerns relative to my mum. My mum has been at Alkira gardens for 3 years and I have spent many hours visiting and observing the care with compassionate staff. It brings me comfort to know that she has settled and happy in her home. Thank you for all that you do! Tanya Donovan
I recently had a tour of Alkira Gardens to assess the suitability of the facility for my mother in the future. I found it to be a modern clean facility with spacious rooms for residents and a lovely outdoor garden area for the residents to enjoy. The service that I received on the day was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them them in the future

This nursing home is Amazing in every aspect . The time came where I had to put my mum in regularly for respite and she was very nervous at first , but that soon became no problem with the friendly , dedicated , caring staff. They are very kind to my mum and always great her with a smile and a welcome back . She now knows a lot of the other residents and they all chat with each other and if you need anything at all the nursing staff are there to help you in a flash . The food is fabulous and I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone who is worried about where their loved one would be happy .
