Lovely staff, who genuinely care for the residents and their families.
Lovely care - very kind and attentive - you couldn't wish for nicer or more professional staff - very happy.
Have to remain in bed all day every day. Only offered one coffee at breakfast at approximately 9:30am. No further coffee or tea offered. Had I known I would be denied coffee I would never have come here. The place is very old run by Asians. DO NOT COME HERE!!
Staff are always caring and kind as well as vigilant in their care of clients and visitors alike ...Also we noticed they are very helpful and well organised with their fellow staff, and we visit at different times on different days without giving any prior notice. We are always welcomed and can see our family member anytime. Lovely facility and people who run it
