Probably less than 3 star two years ago, they deserve more than 5 star now with brand new management team leading a very positive change. Very homely environment and they are doing above and beyond for many customers, very positive experience since the new manager Jo started working there.

Very disappointing experience. We we're given lots of misinformation. Under skilled unqualified staff unable to handle dementia patients with behavioural isses. Isn't that what a nursing home is supposed to be able to accommodate?? Disgusting communication. Sense of they just wanted mums money they kept sending her to hospital when the dementia staff couldn't handle her. Lots of other problems. Minus a star.
