Stayed here as a relative of an ICU inpatient at RPA. Tanya (the site manager) could not have been more helpful or empathetic. Went out of her way to provide everything we needed as well as information regarding transport to & from the hostel & how to claim iptas expenses. Accommodation quiet, relatively basic but clean and comfortable. Rooms contain 2 single beds, full ensuite, fridge, tv, wardrobe space, heater & fan. There is a shared kitchen with basic foods supplied as well as a free to use laundry on site. Location is 10 mins walk from ashfied train station. Ideal accomm for family visiting sick rellies.
Manager Tanya is excellent, truly the right person for the job. Could do with more staff particularly early evening and weekends.
Very clean and friendly. Tanya and Ricky are perfect and will help where they can. Good place to meet other patients and families from RPA. Would be happy to stay there again.
