At Salveo HomeCare, this is personal. Salveo was founded by families who have personally navigated Australia’s aged care system while supporting their own ageing parents. Like many families today, we are going through the same journey with balancing work, life, and caring for the people who once cared for us. The worry, the uncertainty, and the desire to make the right decisions for our loved ones is something we understand deeply because we are living it too. Our mission is simple: to help people stay safe, independent, and in control of their lives at home, while giving families the confidence that someone is truly looking after their loved one.

Every person we support is guided by our core values of Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, and Empowerment, because care should never be transactional, it should be personal.

We also believe families deserve more transparency and support. That’s why every client has a dedicated Care Partner to help navigate the aged care system, coordinate services quickly, and make sure the right support is in place when it’s needed most.
