If you value your health ,and want experienced doctors , don't waste your time here, they are really hopless. They are only worried about how long the consultation is and the reception is tardy and off the air, and seem to enjoy belittling the patients.
Arrogant and closed minded. Totally unwilling to research a treatment option they were unaware of. I vowed the first (and only other) time never to go back to this clinic. This time I will stick to that vow. Even if I can't get into any other clinic in town.
Absolutely deceitful continue to change the rules with my urine sample and refuse to give me the management details so l can pass them on to my solicitor
Brilliant friendly service. Attended here for my ill young son while travelling after being turned away from the Clarence Medical Centre because they were closing soon and didn't want to deal with a new patient... The receptionist here was very helpful and accommodating, even called the pharmacy to ensure they're remain open so I could collect the script before they closed. Dr Dagliesh was very friendly and settled my son's nerves. I very much appreciate a real family small town doctor, felt a bit like Virgin River. Thank you for your assistance!
As posted by other reviewers the old receptionist lady is very rude for no actual reason. Not sure why she treats people this way but it is unacceptable. I also noticed that she was wearing her mask incorrectly! She had it covering her mouth but not her nose. This totally boggles my mind that someone in a medical center does not wear a mask correctly! For those who wonder: I did not mention about her mask issue to her so that is not the reason why she is rude... she was just rude for no real reason. Maybe she is unhappy with her job?
