My mother has been in lockdown for a month in her age care facility. Her glasses broke at the hinge which was covered by warranty. When she recovered from COVID and was no longer contagious we came to specsavers to claim on the warranty and were told we were a month out of warranty. I explained that mum had been in lockdown but they were not interested. I have used and taken mum to and used specsavers myself but this will be the last time we come back. They are only interested in selling glasses and not in providing service.

This place is premium retirement place so they give the best service that they could give. All staff look after resident with care and love. Definitely the best place you can trust your love one to look after them. They have complete facility include salon. They have cafe that serve nice coffe too.

The Best Retirement place in Brisbane. My mother is so lucky to be here. She said it is like a hotel- chandeliers, a pool, great food, the staff are the best. Friendly, warm and professional. I want to book myself in for when i am old. Thank you to Ian and Tasha and Lynny and the team for being so warm and welcoming to my mother Margret Steven. I am very grateful and so impressed with what you have created for Brisbane. Highly recommended.
