Lovely facilities but their poor management of staff, processes, procedures really put the patients lives at risk. Be very vigilant of your love ones always.
Mum and Dad have been at Casa since it opened. We have enjoyed the ups and downs of management, staff changes etc. Whenever things went wrong, management fixed them up again - perhaps not immediately, but they have always got there in the end. Overall, Mum and Dad have enjoyed their time there. Dad recently passed away and I have to commend the staff for his care over his final months. They really were exceptional and I cannot speak highly enough of how well everybody pulled together as a team to make Dad's final days easier. A very sincere thank you from our whole family.
5 star residential aged care. New building and nice staff
World class facility, great staff and good layout for the residents.
My brother just turned 80 and he is a resident at Casa. He has fairly sever Parkinsons and has had a mild stroke. The facilities are top class and the staff friendly professional and attentive. As much as he would like to still be at home he is very happy with the place
