Friendly staff and clean building
Not only are the staff absolutely professional and caring this nursing home is beautiful. If I could work everyday here I would. The activities given to the residents are just amazing I love absolutely everything about uniting sa Westlakes
Its fitted out like a 4 star 🌟hotel. A neat package, pleasant appropriate food with very caring staff for my stroke effected, aged mother. Peace of mind 😁
Staff can be a bit slow cleaning things and outside tables are dusty. Menu log delivery drivers are too stupid to find the reception and for some reason so don't expect to share a meal with loved ones from there. Google has it listed at a different address when in fact the reception is closest to 105 west lake boulevard.
