I had mum stay for a short time between May21-August21.Elanora's Staff work so hard to help you and your loved ones thru the early stages of COVID ,I found the complex very clean.Highly Recommended .Also lots of Spanish speaking Residents.
Since going to Household model staff are run down and although they try their best, residents are suffering because of it. Staff. Are nice and friendly but Elanora needs more than just 2 care staff per household.
Lovely environment for the elderly, attentive staff and management.
Excellent Staff who know their stuff! Residents are very well looked after. Uniting have great core values and respect everyone.
Lovely friendly staff and spacious rooms. Have been told by the resident that the food is very good and options are offered.
