Admin teams especially deputy manager Jane has aweful customer service . Very rude and impolite
Mum has been a resident at Amala for the past 3 years and I couldn't be happier. The facilities are fantastic, the activities bring Mum a lot of joy (even during COVID), and the Carers have been amazing. They genuinely care about Mum and always manage to get a smile or a laugh out of her. The home style facilities have also made the move into Aged Care a lot easier for her (this from the woman that always said "I'm never going to some nursing home!"). A huge thank you to all of the staff. It certainly eases our minds knowing that Mum is so well cared for.
