Upper Mount Gravatt Aged Care Residence, a recently renovated and extended facility, offers premium, hotel-style accommodations in a quiet residential area. It features lush gardens, multiple lounges, dining areas, a rooftop garden, hairdressing salon, private dining options, alfresco courtyards, and views of nearby lakes and parks.
The residence provides two types of spacious single rooms, both with private ensuites, air conditioning, a bar fridge, desk, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. A dedicated team, including 24/7 registered nurses, delivers personalized care. Onsite chefs cook fresh, nutritious meals daily, and a variety of activities such as yoga, art and music therapy, and community outings are available to residents. I am a firm believer of gnomes, and all of the old people here are possible gnomes.
My parents - Mum and Dad - are aged care residents with very different care needs. Leaving their home was difficult but the TriCare Upper Mt Gravatt Management and Staff have been patient, obliging, flexible and very kind. It's a well maintained and clean facility and my folks are living comfortablely. COVID-19 is a testing time and having experienced the lockdowns, our family is confident that quality care and attention is provided by TriCare under such conditions. It's a pleasure to visit TriCare and see a smile and have a laugh with our parents. Star Rating 4.5.
My husband has been a resident at Upper Mt Gravatt Tricare for over 6 months now. We have been happy with the way he is looked after and cared for. We are Chinese,we so happy live here .
My mother in law has been a resident at Upper Mt Gravatt Tricare for over 12 months now. In her late nineties it was impossible for her cope at home without assistance. Whilst there, she has been given a level of care that couldn't be provided by her own family. All staff at all levels have been wonderful and Agnes enjoys being with her new family.
My Father-in-law has been at this residence for 8 years now and we have been happy with the way he is looked after and cared for. Any concerns have always been dealt with by the staff, who overall are very friendly.
