Indian aged care main manager is full of attitude and ego with staff. She treat like slaves with staff never seen her polite and professional. Showing her strictness.

Working in a few aged care places over the last 20 years (respite, in-home community, church-run, privately-run facilities,) I would feel comfortable recommending this facility to even my own family members, because I've witnessed GENUINE care for residents from the carers, the nursing staff, & even the management, which is unique.

If you are thinking of putting your Loved Ones in here look somewhere else, the service is nothing to write about. Somedays you have to wait nearly all day to have a shower, the service in the dining room has only 2 people serving dinner, if your mattress is in poor condition don't ask for it to be changed it won't happen in a hurry we asked before Xmas still sleeping on the old mattress that is just some of the complaints I could write a book on the place. Look Somewhere else for your loved one
