The Pioneers Lodge

The Chauncy Unit is a 95-bed residential aged care facility offering high care, low care, and dementia-specific accommodations. It features a large central lounge/dining area with garden views, and two private sitting rooms. There is an extensive garden with a gazebo and raised vegetable beds, as well as a shaded central courtyard.

The facility includes a large activities room used for group events such as concerts and morning teas. Additional amenities include a chapel serviced by visiting religious officials and a hair salon for visiting hairdressers.
