Seems like a nice residential care facility. There are alot of locked doors. Reminded me of Pentridge. Could use a larger car park too.

If I could rate them less I would. Had a staff member yell into my face and not social distance, all because my sister asked if we could get a little more time with our grandmother as they brought her out late. We asked and then had a staff member come out yelling at us, specifically she came up to me and yelled right into my face. I put in a formal complaint, which they then tried to ask to call, I asked for all responses to be by email. I then was told by multiple family members that the Head Manager called them to get my phone number off of them. We were given a half hearted apology after many weeks of no communication, which did not even have the staff member apologise. My partners grandmother also stayed there before moving to another home, after they would take hours to come to her when she would press the call button for help. I do not recommend sending your loved ones here.

Called in there yesterday as required a bathroom urgently. The staff member escorted me to and fro... just wanted to show that common kindness still exists in the community despite the events of the last two years . Can not thank you enough..
