Aegis The Pines is an aged care facility with accommodation for 78 residents, available in single and double room configurations, each equipped with large ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The facility features multiple dining areas, secure courtyards, lounge spaces, extensive gardens, and patio areas across different wings.
Special amenities include a sensory therapy room, a hydrotherapy spa, a library, a hairdressing salon, and designated activity and therapy spaces. The facility provides care for all levels, including specialist dementia care.
For recreation and family events, there are BBQ areas in the Pinaster and Juniper wings and a function room available for booking. Aegis The Pines is designed to support aging in place with a comprehensive range of services and facilities.

Manager is so rude to staff! I could not tolerate hearing anymore there .. i will continue to find another aged care facility that is more respectful so i know my family will be in good care…
Very rude staff, manager des was very unwelcoming I felt intimated and would no recommend this company if that's the first impression upon arrival. I will consider placing my grandma elsewhere.
My Mother is in The Pines and has been for a yr. All the staff are very caring & friendly. The facility is always clean whenever we visit. We like The Pines because it is single story building and has lovely courtyards residents can go out into. My Mother was an avid gardener, putting her in a modern high rise facility was not an option. There are always activities residents can be involved in if they wish, from exercises, crafts & games, high teas & special luncheons. She has her own room with large TV included and air con. We are very happy with the care she is given. Staff have done a fantastic job in keeping covid out of the Nursing Home.
