My dad has been in their “care” for a few years and recently we have been advised of staff shortages which has dramatically affected the care of my dad and others. Most days they are in their rooms ALL DAY LONG. They arent giving them the proper care, certainly not quality care that they brag about on their voiceover when you call. And most times I ring they have no empathy or care. They are just ticking a box and running around like headless chooks ! For $3000 a month not worth it !!!!
Excellent facility run by very friendly people. Visited my mum in law in care.
