SwanCare Ningana

Kingia is an aged care home structured with clusters of eight or nine rooms per wing, featuring central courtyards and winter gardens. The facility includes three wings on the ground floor and four wings on the upper floors. Each floor has two dining rooms and two lounge areas for social activities.

All meals are prepared daily on-site in the main kitchen located on the ground floor. Residents have access to various amenities, including a private dining room, a library, an audio area, and a sitting area with a fireplace. Each level also features a multi-purpose area for activities. Additional facilities include the Spritz Cafe, open weekdays from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, and a hair salon available to all residents.
