Staff have no accountability, whole entire wardrobe went missing with no accountability or assistance Nobody knows anything The experience was emotionally exhausting and extremely frustrating
Absolutely beautiful staff. Genuinely care about their residents.
My mother was a resident for 5 years and the staff were always wonderful to her. An increase to the staffing levels would allow the staff to give more personal care but I am sure that is in every care facility. I would recommend Sunnymeade just for the staff alone.
My father a resident there have been very good for him
My Dad spent his last 9 months at Sunnymeade Park Caboolture under Palliative care. All the Staff, Management and Residents were fantastic and made Dad's last months fun, comfortable and gave him the utmost care and respect. Even though he was frail he loved the bloke banter and a sip of beer at the men's club happy hour with Tony the DT on the guitar. It was the best decision we made as a family for Dad. I can't thank everyone at Sunnymeade Park Aged Care enough for the help they gave dad but also the compassion they gave my family and I. Thank you Franklin family
