My mother recently moved in here. The staff are amazing, so lovely and so attentive to my mother who has cognitive difficulties. There’s a good choice of high quality meals too.
I saw over 20 homes before I got a call from SVCS Heathcote which was one of the best I saw. Some homes were appalling. Mum really did not want to go but had little choice due to dementia. I was amazed at how compassionate and caring, the staff were particularly as mum was difficult at first. They helped me as well to a just to having mum cared for. Mum has settled in well and and enjoys her days now.
Would not put my dog in this place the way they treated my mother was apporling
Had a very bad experience in this Nursing home. I was called for an interview and the manger asked me to give my availability. As soon as she saw my availability and she goes like “ I don’t know what should I offer u”.Well, If you want to hire people based on ur available shift, why don’t you mentioned in the vacancy announcement as we all understand how the world rotates.
Dad's been in JPV for 14 years, they cannot do enough for him or the family. A beautiful place which he enjoys immensely, I feel relaxed knowing he's looked after and enjoying life.
