My mother lived here from 2017-2021. Despite ups and downs for her, the overall level of care was very good, and the love and attitude of the staff was excellent. Right through the pandemic they did a marvellous job. Highly recommend this place, and this not-for-profit organisation.
As a clinical facilitator, this place is horrible. Students get sent here, being paid for by the university for their placement, and they have the audacity to register the students as AINs within their staff numbers. The care they offer here is horrible. No wonder you have a hard time recruiting staff members.
