The Residents Experience rating shows what current residents at Seasons Mango Hill Care Suites think of the food, staff, care and more. These ratings are from the 2025 Aged Care Quality Commission Survey.
We placed a family member here recently. First visit today (of many to come). I found the grounds to be well cared for. Staff were all smiles and took the time to stop and answer any questions we had. I could see genuine care and attention given to residents and their different required needs. We were lucky enough to share lunch with our family member. What a menu! I have no concerns on the quality of his meals as we ate the same. Over lunch we perused the activities available and meet a couple of residents. All as friendly and nice as the staff. Everyone had smiles and seemed to enjoy their conversations with each other and us. I hope our family member will be as happy there as we think he will be.

Seasons Mango Hill Care Suites supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
Residents at Seasons Mango Hill Care Suites on average received 265 minutes of total daily care (133% target) from a combination of support workers, enrolled and registered nurses. In September 2025, a Registered Nurse was on site 24:00 hours per day.
