Our mother has been to several aged care homes and respite over the past 5 years in Queensland. I can honestly say we are over the moon impressed from the first point of contact, to the onsite carers, volunteers met, staff workers, management and phsio, the level of care and compassion received was the best ever!! We feel a huge sense of relief and peace knowing our mother is in such caring hands and a beautiful facility. Customer support and service were EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Seabrook Aged Care - you have surpassed our highest expectations.
Mum's been here in high care for 10 years. The staff are wonderful - so caring, patient and professional. The home is well run with good processes and management - they have taken COVID very seriously and you can tell they have plans in place when different scenarios play out.
From our first point of contact with Seabrook we were met with professionalism, compassion and respect. All management and staff were exceptional in handling our mothers end of life journey. They treated mum with so much caring and respect and gave mum the dignity she deserved during these difficult times especially due to Covid-19 restrictions. Our family have nothing but the highest praise for everyone involved at Seabrook. Words can not express our heartfelt thanks enough.

You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.
Concessional residents welcome
Seabrook Aged Care supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
About the Staff
