Home has been taken over by Southern Cross Care. Mum has been in the high care dementia unit for 4 months and I Cannot fault the staff. The nurses, care staff, activity staff all go above and beyond to ensure a homely atmosphere. Thanks to Juls, John and all the team.

The facility has not learned its mistakes from when it significantly failed compliance. The senior staff do not respect confidentiality and have poor communications between shifts. While the staff on the floor are doing a great job the facility falls well short of an adequate aged care centre.

My mother lives there and is very happy never says a bad word about the place and staff were friendly and nice on visits.

Terrible. Mum was in high care and after 6 days we took her home. Mum had a fall as bed brakes were not on and proper preventative strategies not in place. Mum was also assaulted by another resident. Poor response and no apology.

Was once a 5 star Baldwin care facility, all extra services with stunning care. Now owned by multinational BUPA, extra services are no longer offered, the staff are great but not nearly enough to ensure adequate care (I feel for them). In The Manor, activities are virtually non-existent with items like "mail delivery" , "lunch" and "meal planning" as examples. Beaut room though and lovely food and grounds.
