Staff overdosing residents, theft , manager gaslighting family members , no care just about money
An absolute excellent place! My wife received the best care possible !! A big thanks to all the staff: Carers, Doctors, Nurses, and the Admin!!
My dad spent his last 2 months at Resthaven, already having serious health issues when he arrived. The care he received was excellent and he was treated with respect and dignity. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
New, light and airy. Will be great when the plants get bigger. Edit: my FIL has been here nearly 12 months in the high dependency wing. We are very happy with the care he is given. The staff generally are kind and caring. Perhaps my only negative is that there could be more staff particularly on weekends. I think this applies across the entire industry and we eagerly await the Royal Commission findings re staff/client ratios.
My Dad is 92 and been incredibly independent until now. He needed help big time and an opportunity came up to become a member of this facility. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and all the extended family that has made Dads transition a happy one. Nothing is too much trouble and the care and honesty is almost too good to be true. But I haven’t seen him this happy for a long long time. God bless you all, you have made a family not only happy but very relaxed in knowing he is in the best hands.
