My mother died from Sepsis which started from a simple Urinary Tract Infection through lack of observation and care from this home. The staff have no compassion, empathy, knowledge or understanding of caring for the elderly. All fundermentals of care in a NH.
Worst most pathetic OTA staff ever you need to sack Jodie Lee mutch and her husband they abuse staff and are not fit mentally to be near vulnerable people JODIE MUTCH aka meyre has been sacked from 4 previous jobs for incompetence and has no business being in the health care community she is one nasty piece of work very two faced and deceitful and is not qualified for her job do yourself a favour and get rid of her before she kills someone
