Friendly workers
Do NOT send your family here. My grandmother -- who had no behavioural issues and was never aggressive but had serious dementia -- would only ever have serious falls on the weekend when the facility was grossly understaffed and they always, always denied it -- even when I presented photo evidence. She was not showered regularly, either. She died in the facility with me by here side and I had to literally BEG staff to give her pain relief during her final hours. Thank God I was there that night or she would have died alone with no one by her side. This is a very expensive place to put your relatives and they cared more about the appearance of the premises than the actual staffing conditions -- which is what matters most.
