My grandmother who had not experienced any type of aged care facility before stayed here for a period of two weeks in a respite situation. She really enjoyed her stay and commented on the lovely , kind staff. The food was great with lots of variety. My Mum said Brian the facility manager was so very helpful and he got us out of a tight spot when our local facility contacted us two days before leaving for holidays to cancel the respite. We now are trying to get my Grandma placed there permanently as she felt so comfortable at Regis Lutwyche.
