My mother Stella just went to respite for a couple of weeks and I couldn’t fault this Aged Care Facility. We were greeted by Dee who made my mum feel at ease. Juliet (customer service coordinator) also was at hand to help with paperwork etc. From the catering staff to Registered nurses to Coordinators this is a top place, highly recommend it. Very clean. Thankyou for all you did as it was short notice. My mother loved it here and will miss all the staff.
My Mother has been a resident of Kuluin for 18 months and I am extremely happy with the level of care that she receives. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive and the facility is bright, well maintained and has a magnificent garden for resident use.
Regis Kuluin is a great place to live. Staff are friendly and caring, rooms are beautiful and the Facility itself looks modern and new. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my beloved one to live on this lovely environment with great atmosphere.
I only have good things to say about Regis Kuluin. The people I have met were all friendly and smiling. The facility looks modern and clean and the rooms were fitted out beautifully. Not a bad size either to be honest and the rooms I saw had leafy views out to the glass house mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to bring in my loved one in to their care.
My wife Adele was a resident in Palliative Care for a couple of months. I have only good things to say about our experience. The entire team were outstanding in meeting her needs until the end. They also went the extra mile for my family and visitors at such a difficult time. A big thanks from myself and family to everyone who assisted in the care of Adele. I highly recommend this facility.
