Hopefully this isn’t a concern about resident care, but concerns of the condition of the fish tank on display in the main lounge, if fish can’t be seen because it’s so dirty, should I be concerned about the care of residents
I deliver a package once per fortnight for a client of mine who is a patient/client here. The staff treat me like some sort of peasant. I have been hung up on, left waiting and the list goes on. It should not take multiple attempts to drop a package at reception. If they treat me like this each time, heaven help the patients/clients that are spending their last chapters on earth here.
We used Regis Frankston for respite care for our family member. The facility was so accommodating, friendly and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and our whole family were very pleased with the care received. Thank you for what you did for Mary M.
