The star rating I am giving is explicitly for the carers in green and white striped shirts. On occasion when I turn up and mum is in some sort of awful situation, they understand my concerns. Sometimes I feel they think I am going to tell them off, but, that is never the case. I live in the 4034 of Brisbane and mum is all the way up there. I visit Saturday and Sundays and Wednesday afternoon after my shift. Even though exhausting, I drive up that horrid Gateway Motorway, the last time at 60km per hour from the Toombul Road exit to approaching Burpengary. But, she is worth it. I always ensure I look after mum during my visits so this takes the heat of those carers. I change her sheets when needed, I feed her and brush her teeth and put her to bed. They are so understaffed, which I realise. They are very welcome to hear my concerns, especially when I discovered that my poor mum's teeth were not being cleaned regularly. I wondered why her breath had been that of a dead persons. Sorry to be graphic. Since we've provided mum with a little radio, it seems to ease her anxiety as well. So, if you do consider Regis Caboolture for your loved one, lay the ground rules. Make it clear that even though your loved one is suffering from Dementia, it doesn't mean they are just a number. Don't even bother with the person who runs the place either. Save - your - time and sanity. I'm in the throes of trying to get mama closer to me down in Sandgate. I can then see her every day. I hope this review has helped.

Very clean and quiet. But what an effort to get in. Very complicated sign in procedure.

My father lived at Regis Caboolture for the last 26 months of his life and the care he received was excellent. All the staff are lovely caring people, from the office to the nursing and care staff. I was always informed of any incidents when they occurred and always knew he was taken care of. Thank you.

Thank you to wonderful staff at Regis Caboolture. A few month ago it became clear my wife needed full time care due to her Alzhemiers. The task of finding a good home is hard, with so much choice and everyone wanting you to stay with them. But Regis Caboolture showed me round, talked to me like a person and gave me the confidence that my wife would be well cared for. To date, it has been nothing but excellent. Sure, there are days when things aren't smooth for my wife, but the manager and caring staff make sure she never wnats for anyting. Thank you sincerely.
